PROFILE

Éric Cadi joined IMK in 2006 after having practiced in Geneva with the World Intellectual Property Organization. An articulate and persuasive pleader, he practices mainly in civil and commercial litigation. He has a particular interest in the areas of shareholders disputes and securities law. He is one the co-recipients of the 2012 Walter Owen Prize of the Foundation for Legal Research, for his contribution to the collective work Recours et procédure en appel. He is also a frequent guest speaker at conferences on civil proof and procedure.
