PROFILE
Kurt A. Johnson, a partner of the firm since 1998, has based his practice on various areas of civil and commercial litigation. Both his individual and corporate clients benefit from his experience before the courts. An eloquent pleader known for his rigorous preparation, he has pleaded before all levels of Quebec courts, the Federal Court of Canada as well as several administrative tribunals. He has been involved in a number of cases of public interest and is noted for his willingness to argue challenging cases in emerging areas of law.
